What is Conquest Education?
Conquest Education is an educational organisation which aims to assist students in reaching their true academic potential. We offer a range of high-quality educational services, including private tutoring, small group tutoring, online tutoring, weekly classes, lectures and subject notes.
At Conquest Education, we recognise that every student is different - they have different learning habits and most importantly, they have different goals. Not only are our private tutors talented educators and high scoring students, but they are also able to understand each student's individual needs and adjust their teaching styles accordingly.
While we are deeply appreciative of the education received at school, we understand that many students seek to continue their learning process beyond school hours and our classes and notes provide the perfect opportunity for students to consolidate the theory learned in the classroom and achieve academic success.

What are the benefits and advantages of having a Private Tutor or Group Tutor?
Our tutors can help you advance through coursework, go through questions from textbooks and practice exams, as well as revise for VCE SAC's and exams. Even if you are struggling in school, our tutors can help you overcome certain topics by going through them in a clear and concise manner 1 on 1.

What makes a good tutor?
A private tutor plays many important roles when it comes to educating, teaching and supporting students through their academic journey. Whether the tutor is teaching primary school maths or a year 12 VCE subject, it is essential that the tutor understands the holistic nature of education and the many ways which tutoring can help students achieve their academic goals.
A good tutor should:
- Recognise the different needs of different students and teach in an appropriate manner
- Provide materials and learning resources during lessons
- Motivate students to achieve their educational goals
- Be a source of academic and social support for the student
One of the biggest obstacles for students to be successful academically is the motivation barrier. A good private tutor can be instrumental in assisting students to overcome this barrier and excel in their studies.

How do I find a tutor?
The best part about it is that you don’t have to look for a Private Tutor or Group tutor by yourself. We will find one for you! Click HERE to fill out the Private Tutor Expression of Interest form and we will do the hard work and find you a suitable tutor. Alternatively, click HERE to fill in the Weekly Classes form and we will try our best organise a tutoring group with you and your friends, or you can join an existing group.
Where can I meet the tutor for lessons?
Generally, student can meet with their tutor at a public library, school, university, online via Skype or Zoom or at either the student’s or tutor’s house.

Am I locked in to a tutor once I find one?
You are never locked in to a tutor once you find one. Additionally, we offer a first 30 minutes trial for the first lesson completely free if you are unsatisfied with the tutor. However, if at the 30 minute mark you are satisfied with the tutor and decide to continue the lesson for the full duration, you pay for the full price of the lesson.

Do you offer Online Tutoring via Skype or Zoom?
Absolutely! All of our tutors offer Online Tutoring via Skype or Zoom for either long distance students, those that cannot find a tutor locally, or during times of social distancing. Our tutors can help you advance through coursework, go through questions from textbooks and practice exams, as well as revise for VCE SAC's and exams.

How do I provide feedback on a tutor?
You can provide feedback on a tutor a this link HERE. You simply have to put in the tutors name and express your feedback.
Do you sell packages? If so, how much do I save?
Yes, we sell Group Tutoring Packages at $360 for 10 lessons. You save 10%! For private tutoring, we can organise packages with the tutor that we find for you.
Are all your tutors knowledgeable?
All of our tutors have achieved a VCE ATAR Score of over 95, have Study Scores of over 40, and most of our tutors are experienced and have tutored before.

How are tutors matched to a student?
Students are matched with tutors based on a number of different factors:
What is your cancellation policy?
If cancellations are made 24 hours before the lesson start time, the student gets a full refund. Between 12-24 hours, the student gets a 50% refund. No refund if the cancellation is made within 12 hours of the lesson start time.

- Tutor’s VCE Study Score
- Experience of the Tutor
- The student’s learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)
- The student’s academic ability in the given subject
